Catenda · Digital project manager
Catenda, a multilingual website for a construction SaaS
New visual identity and multilingual website for a SaaS publisher of BIM collaboration software.
- Role
- Digital project manager
- Period
- June 2023

Context
Catenda publishes a SaaS platform for BIM collaboration in construction: everyone on a project shares and comments on the building's digital models.
The project covered web design, a new visual identity and a multilingual website (catenda.com/fr).
The problem
Presenting a technical product to varied audiences, in several languages, with a refreshed visual identity.
My role
Framing
Gathering requirements and defining the scope: pages, languages, templates.
Web design
Web design of the site, based on the new visual identity.
Project management
Planning, coordinating design, development and the client, tracking approvals.
Multilingual site and testing
Setting up the multilingual site, including the French version, and testing before launch.
Approach
- 01
Frame
Align scope, languages and planning with the client.
- 02
Apply the identity
Roll out the new identity: colors, typography, tone.
- 03
Build the multilingual site
Organize content and language versions.
- 04
Test and ship
Check every version before going live.
Deliverables

Impact
- A refreshed, consistent visual identity across the whole site.
- A multilingual site delivered, including the French version.
Learnings
- A technical product sells better shown than explained: product visuals carry the message.
- In a multilingual project, lock the site map before translating, not after.
